ME!
I’m currently a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Rue Gilt Groupe, with previous experience with companies such as SessionM, Cloud Care, Virgin Pulse, Airadigm, and others. My background is in data center operations and changed to the cloud when I moved to Boston. I consider myself an expert in data center and cloud operations as I’m able to bridge the gap between these two worlds and offer solutions for both.
My skills and experiences are across all things Information Technology related; including networking, Ops, Infra as Code, project management, cloud platforms and data centers.
I’m also a major advocate for NextCloud — an open-source cloud data-sharing platform.
In my spare time, I enjoy making props for cosplay, managing his own private data center, as well as building /fabrications projects out of my workshop at Artisan’s Asylum where I have been a member for over 5 years.
I hail originally from Wisconsin but currently reside in the vicinity of Boston, Massachusetts. Yep, I’m still a Cheese Head.
